Most items are exchangeable and returnable (see return restrictions and reasons below) for items that do not meet your requirements or meet your satisfaction. Our sales team must be notified of all returns and we will not be accepted any returns without notification.
Return and Exchange policy
The exchange/return MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receiving your shipment at your expense. The items must have original tags attached, they must be unused, for ink and toner it needs in its unopened original packaging and you must send your receipt from purchase.
Items are to be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock; if not, your money will be refunded.
KSS Supplies Unlimited is committed to customer satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 3 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly. Customers are welcome to request a return on applicable items within 45 days of original date of receipt.
